The customer is a local white cashmere goat feed processing factory. He contacted our sales manager through the Hengfu website and said that he wanted a set of pellet feed processing equipment production line, and also came to the factory for a field investigation.

The raw materials crushed by the customer contain 80% of grass. Ring die pellet machine: SZLH250, main engine power 22kw, total bracket height 310mm. Through belt drive, it has high transmission efficiency, long life, stable operation and high output. It is equipped with a 1.1kw forced feeder and can produce grass powder pellet products such as cattle feed, sheep feed, rabbit feed, etc. It is suitable for small and medium-sized feed processing plants or breeding cooperatives to achieve multi-function and multi-purpose.

Multifunctional Hammer Mill: The main machine has a power of 15kw, which can crush peanut shells, corn stalks, grass, bean stalks, medicinal materials, etc. The enlarged and widened feed inlet design saves time and effort and is more convenient to use. The corrosion-resistant hammer has a longer service life. It is suitable for poultry, livestock, and aquaculture.

Single-shaft double-screw mixer: driven by belt, with high mixing uniformity, cv≤7%, short mixing time, suitable for use in chemical, food, flour and other industries.

Countercurrent cooler + vibrating screen
Countercurrent cooler: suitable for cooling various granular materials, can quickly cool the temperature after granulation, reduce the moisture in the granules, make the granules dry and hard, convenient for storage, transportation and feeding, and avoid granules from mold and deterioration.
