    Work flow of animal feed production plant would be designed based on the production, today the article will introduce the work flow of animal feed production plant of 5-8t,which mainly includes grinding,mixing ,pelleting,cooling,crushing,grading and packaging,and can also be divided into 4 sections :
    Precleaning smashing section:materials can be precleaned by tube precleaner and tublar magnet,then smashed in the water drop grinder,meanwhile,negative pressure is formed inside feed feeder forced by pulse dust collector ,boosting the efficiency of30%.
    Mixture section:powdery materials in mixing bin go into Double Shaft Paddle Mixer to be mixed.
    Pelleting,cooling,and crushing section:materials having been mixed completely enter ring die pellet,squeezed into graininess by rolling die under the effect of tempering,then forming primary finished pellet feed after being cooled and crushed.
    Grading and packaging  section:crushed pellet feed need to be screened by rotation classifying screen,select and package the satisfactory granules.
