      Ring die is the main parts of feed making machine, at the same time the ring die is also the easily damaged parts. Feed particle machine ring die determines the need of pellet feed diameter size compliance with feed producers in a certain extent. Therefore, when the normal use feed pellet mill machine to produce animal pellets feed, the maintenance of ring die is very important.

      Here are some specific operation:
      In order to better improve the ring die surface smoothness, granulating time easier,ring die needs to be added some pressure oil.To a certain extent, it can also improve the quality of pellet feed final produced.
      When using the poultry feed pellet machine to produce animal pellets feed,you should make sure the ring mould temperature is not overheat. If the overheating temperature of ring die,which will cause the particles to produce excellent, and it can also clog the ring mould hole.So the feed materials can not be extruded out.
      If you are choosing a new ring die,you should add some appropriate feed, and then add some oil and other materials , and then observe whether the pellets feed is squeezed out.
