      During the process of pellets feed,for both the pellet producers and users,how to achieve the peak performance and maximum productivity are their concerns.As many other factors,different materials have different effects on pellets feed .

     Granularity of Raw Materials
When using feed raw materials to produce animal pellets feed, finer granularity, bigger superficial area.But we must carry on the reasonable control which is very important.
     Bulk Density of Raw Materials
In general,if the aniaml feed raw materials have higher bulk density,the output is usually much higher.Not the nutritional requirement,but the bulk density of raw materials should be taken into consideration,when we choose feed raw materials.
     Moisture Content of Raw Materials
In pelletizing process,we should control the moisture content of feed raw materials.In general, the moisture content of feed materials should be less than 13% before conditioning.If moisture content is too high,pelleting temperature will be affected，it will ultimately affect the quality of the granulation.
