    一、The application of the equipment
    Double Shaft Paddle Mixer is suitable to mix dairy cattle feed ingredients, and can meet the demand of modern dairy farms to process feed.     二、The processing procedure
    A full set of equipment is mainly composed of raw material receiving system, corn pulverizing system, mixing system, discharging system, computer control system and dust removal system. Crushed corn and other raw materials are stored in separate stock bin by transmitting , select the formular previously stored in the computer , the computer automatically measures the required amount of all kinds of raw materials, and put them in mixer, after fully being stirred in mixer, then they will be conserved in the finished product warehouse by the conveyer device.TMR agitator bath, loaded with coarse material (has been measured according to the formula) receives the concentrate from the finished product warehouse, which would be mixed in TMR agitator bath , so as to complete the whole process of finished products of cattle feed .
