Improve feed production process to prevent mildew

Now granulation process of most pellet feed is,feeding in the SKLN series counter-flow cooler machine,lifting the cooled feed by bucket elevator to a certain height,and then discharging the finished production into classifying screen screening.Through the two screens feed will be divided into 3 different kinds of feed material layers, the upper and lower material is unqualified, the middle layer is qualified,qualified finished products enter the warehouse with the machine to be packaged.

In the above processing process,from the feed mill,granulating machine to intermediate links of screen,high moisture agglomerate material come off, for water crush formed by chassis,wind closing device,cooler,TDTG bucket elevator and other feed equipment,there’s some degenerative material,residual material,cast stocked in dead space.Long in high temperature and moisture environment,starch gelatinization rate of these materials is higher than normal production of pellet feed,the mold has a convenient condition for reproduction.When these materials are all returned to the machine for granulation,the finished product after packaged and sold as a commodity, will produce two kinds of adverse consequences.One is that particle color is different from normal feed products and degenerative material is more.If animal feed,easy to produce adverse reactions, damage corporate’s image, increase customer complaints;Two is that due to these materials long-term retention stay in the pellet feed production line,moisture content of material is much higher than the normal qualified water,and some have been bad, so it is very easy to induce packing bag mildewed in short term.Microbial metabolism accelerates feed mildew,under vicious cycle,resulting in feed in packing bag local heat and caking mildew in a short period.
