When using animal feed production line to produce animal feed,there may encounter some troubles in the feed processing, failure is a possibility of single animal feed machine which is relatively large.

The low yield:
1.The first use of flat die die hole finish is poor;
2.too high or too low of moisture content;
3. the roller and flat die clearance is too large; 4 roller or flat die grinding buckle is serious; 5 triangular belt slippage or aging.
Method of removing
1 containing oil grinding lubricant, work for a period of time that improve the yield;
2 adjust the moisture of material;
3 adjusting pressing bolts;
4 tension or replace the triangle belt

Too much powder containing particles:
1 moisture content is low;
2 flat die of excessive wear, the thickness is too small.
Method of removing
1 increase the moisture content;
2.the replacement Xinping die.
